Welcome to the Adult Coaching Page where there is something for everyone. Here is a list of all available sessions and timings. If there are additional sessions you are interested in or would like to be advertised, please do contact us. 

Many of our adult sessions are based around live double tactics, whether you are learning as a beginner or 1st team player. You will feel you hit a lot of balls, take in some great knowledge and have a great time on court. If you’re enjoying your time on court – you will keep playing. 

Advanced Doubles: Tuesday 7:30-8:30pm

Intermediate Doubles: Wednesday 7-8pm

Improvers/Rusty Rackets: Thursday 7-8pm

Cardio Tennis: Friday 9:15-10am

Beginner Doubles: Saturday 9-10am
