To Suit All Experience Levels
For the adults, we are currently running fast fun doubles drills, cardio tennis (with music), team training and Spanish drills to name just a few.
There are plenty of offerings of course for the future generations of tennis. Covering all ages from tots at 3 years old, through the mini ball stages until U18, there is always something available for you.
Let us not forget Junior Night! Proudly hosting one of the most popular Junior Nights in Bucks and Herts with a minimum of 30 children attending for tennis between 5-7pm every Friday night (even through winter). Food is kindly put on by parents to ensure the kids are well fed after a fun night of training.
Here to have fun!
Coaching for adults in groups can be arranged in many ways – from doing a shared lesson, an organised number of your choice or from joining one of the many sessions on offer throughout the week. No matter your level, there is something for everyone.
Tennis For Teens
T4T is aimed at getting teenagers playing the game that they love. A great time to come and socialise with some friends, get some well-deserved break from revision or just plainly and simply, continue brushing up on your tennis skills.
Starting from tots aged 3 years old, through to yellow ball, aged 11+, we have sessions for everyone. Mini tennis is separated through age with different ages correlating with the colour ball they use and size of the court they play on.
Individual lessons give a change for players to work on more specific elements of their game, be it in any of the four main coaching areas; Technical, Tactical, Physical and Mental. Some players opt for regular weekly sessions and some for a little top up every so often. Whichever you prefer, we can tailor the program to your needs.
what They’re Saying
Also helping Joshua to balance his school demands alongside his commitment needed for his tennis. In year 12 & 13 at school Joshua was also able to volunteer with Nick, as part of his ‘Duke of Edinburgh Gold award’ helping to coach younger students and actively play a key part in their weekly coaching sessions, which he enjoyed a lot.
Overtime, Nick became a supportive mentor and friend to Joshua too.”
“Nick is a fantastic coach. His ability to ‘gel’ with his clients, both young and old, and get the best out of their tennis, is quite special. He has coached me for several years. I may not be his most advanced player, but he has given me the confidence I need to embrace my game, especially my court awareness for doubles play and tactics for singles play. He encourages me to use my topspin from the baseline and attack at the net. He has on occasion taken myself, my partner and my four daughters, all of fairly mixed ability, in a family squad which has been great fun. He engages the kids really well and they love the sessions! I couldn’t recommend Nick more highly.”
